
Seasoned company director, Sheree Martin departs MDS Board

Medical Disposables & Supplies is advising that seasoned company director, Sheree Martin has stepped down from her role as an Independent Director of the company, effective May 6, 2026.
Mrs. Martin was appointed to the pharmaceuticals and medical sundry distributor of Board of Directors on August 13, 2024. She recently assumed a senior leadership role at National Commercial Bank (NCB), as its first female CEO.
In light of the expanded scope and demands of the new responsibilities, Martin has transitioned from the Board of MDS. The Board expresses its sincere appreciation to Mrs. Martin for her dedicated service, professionalism, and valuable contribution during her tenure as an Independent Director.

The company also congratulates Mrs. Martin on her new appointment and extends best wishes for continued success in her distinguished career. The directors will, in due course, consider appropriate steps to fill the vacancy created by her transition from the board.
Mrs. Martin was appointed interim CEO in January this year, replacing Bruce Bowen who was appointed in 2023 to lead a focused turnaround period for the bank.
