Vaz Rejects Report of Fatal Police Shooting at Sangster Airport

Transport Minister Daryl Vaz has rejected accounts claiming police killed a man at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, St. James, earlier today.
The man's name has not yet been made public. Vaz said information available to him places the incident on a road close to the fuel farm, with initial inquiries indicating the man was not arriving at or departing from the airport.
The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) has said the deceased was a United States citizen. The probe continues.
