EduFocal Limited (“the Company”) hereby advises that the submission of its Annual Report for the financial year ended December 31, 2025 has been deferred to facilitate the finalisation of matters to be presented to shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The Company anticipates that the Annual Report will be uploaded to the Jamaica Stock Exchange on July 24, 2026.
The Company remains committed to meeting its continuing obligations and keeping the market appropriately informed.
