Solutions-oriented, customer-focused technology group, PBS has appointed visionary leader, Ezequiel Bardas as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Latin America, who is also responsible for the Caribbean operations, including Jamaica. 

PBS Group is the largest technology company in the Caribbean and Central America, operating across 22 markets and is owned by the Jamaican parent company, Musson Group.

With a career spanning more than two decades of senior executive leadership, Ezequiel brings a wealth of experience in scaling operations and driving digital transformation. 

In his new role, Ezequiel will lead the strategic direction for our existing affiliates in the Andean Region, focusing on operational synergy, strengthening key alliances, and the execution of a bold expansion plan across the region in LATAM.

Prior to joining PBS Group, Ezequiel held various high-profile roles, including President and General Manager at Xerox for major markets, including the USA and LATAM. 

His ability to lead through complex environments and his focus on sustainable profitability make him the ideal leader to drive PBS’ regional ambitions forward. 

Ezequiel holds an Executive MBA from IAE Business School and different Leadership Certifications. His approach combines a deep understanding of market dynamics with a relentless focus on excellence and innovation.
