GraceKennedy Limited (GK) Interim Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 19th June 2026 of 55 cents per stock unit or a total of approximately $543 Million to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 29th of May 2026. The Company’s Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 01 st June 2026 to the close of business on 05th June 2026.

This was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on 14th May 2026.
