Andrew Holness Travels to St Lucia for 51st Caricom Leaders' Summit

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Prime Minister Andrew Holness flew out of Jamaica on Sunday en route to St Lucia, where he is set to take part in the 51st Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (Caricom). The Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) issued word of the trip on Sunday.
In Holness' absence, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Security and Peace Dr Horace Chang will hold the reins of government, the OPM added.
