JAMP and PSOJ to launch public accountability trackers in Jamaica

The Jamaica Accountability Meter Portal (JAMP) and the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ) are scheduled to roll out two accountability platforms on Friday as part of a push to improve openness, governance and public oversight across Jamaica.
The Public Bodies Tracker is an online system intended to check how Jamaica’s public bodies are meeting the Corporate Governance Framework and important sections of the Public Bodies Management and Accountability Act.
A second platform, the Sectoral Commitment Tracker, was built to follow yearly promises made across ministerial portfolios and record progress towards delivery.
