KINGSTON, Jamaica — Police have taken a man into custody linked to a gun and ammunition find made during a Saturday, July 18 operation on Shearer Drive in Tivoli Gardens, Kingston 14. Authorities have not released his name while inquiries continue.
About 10:00 a.m., officers from the National Strategic Anti-Gang Division moved on an abandoned dwelling in the area. A search of the property turned up a 9mm pistol, its magazine loaded with six rounds of 9mm ammunition.
