Jamaican Olympian Sabrina Lyn sharpens 200m breaststroke before Commonwealth focus

Jamaican Olympian Sabrina Lyn says she is using her current races to assess her breaststroke form as she turns her attention toward Commonwealth preparation.

Lyn, who swims for Jamaica and has competed at Olympic level, said her recent 200m breaststroke was a useful outing rather than a result-driven swim. She described the race as a chance to gauge how the stroke felt and to review her technique.

She said the assessment was positive, adding that her breaststroke work has been progressing well. For now, Lyn said her main priority is getting ready for Commonwealth competition.
