UK Appeals Court Upholds Palestine Action Terror Ban

The Court of Appeal in Britain has sided with the government, finding that its decision to list activist organisation Palestine Action as a “terrorist” body was within the law.
The decision was handed down on Monday after ministers challenged a February High Court judgment, which had found the ban under the Terrorism Act 2000 to be unlawful and disproportionate.
