US Embassy in Kingston warns Jamaican travellers to honour US visit rules

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The United States Embassy in Jamaica used social media on Thursday to caution nationals travelling to America against abandoning their approved visit arrangements or overstaying. Officials said anyone who breaches those terms faces removal from the United States and may lose the right to enter again.
The post carried a plain warning. “Don’t run off. You will be deported from the United States. You will not be able to return,” the embassy stated.
