Andrew Wheatley Rejects Integrity Commission Asset Findings, Plans Court Fight

Dr. Andrew Wheatley has rejected the conclusions of an Integrity Commission investigation that claims his assets outstripped his lawful earnings by roughly $164 million across a nine-year span.

He branded the allegations as "false, inaccurate and grossly misleading" and said his legal team has been directed to mount a robust court challenge to the Commission's findings.

Wheatley maintained that investigators did not factor in about $168 million in rental income he says was legitimately earned, properly declared, and backed by lease contracts and bank records.

He further contended that the probe overlooked valid funds used to settle approximately $50 million in loans tied to his property business.
