RA Williams Distributors Limited (“RA Williams” or “The Company”) wishes to advise its shareholders and the investing public that there will be a delay in the publication of its Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended April 30, 2026, which were originally scheduled for filing on Monday, June 29, 2026.
The extension is to allow additional time for the completion of the audit process and to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance in the Company’s financial reporting.
The Company anticipates that the Audited Financial Statements will be finalized and submitted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) on or before Monday, July 20, 2026.
